Patricio Orlando Ibarra Cifuentes

Patricio Ibarra Cifuentes is a doctor in History from the Universidad de Chile. He’s a researcher at the Centro de Estudios Históricos of Universidad Bernardo O´Higgins (Chile). His most recent book is Las Páginas de mi guerra. Relatos de la Guerra del Pacífico. Santiago: Legatum (2021). His research’s line is related to the social and cultural History of the War of the Pacific, the press and public opinión of the 19th century, as well as citizenship and representation in Chile.
